May Ball Update

To those who have booked tickets to the Ball, thank you all for your continued patience. 

The demand for tickets this year has exceeded our expectations, which is fantastic! However, this has created some logistical challenges for us. Even after moving to a larger venue to accommodate more people, the demand has still surpassed our increased capacity.

*We are working hard to explore all possible options to ensure as many of you as possible can attend the full event.* There are a number of factors we need to consider, including additional costs, to ensure we provide the best possible experience for everyone.

These costs are rising as we look into bringing in extra infrastructure to cater to the larger numbers and enhance the overall experience. To help cover these, we are also exploring opportunities for sponsorship.

Given the complexity of the situation, it is taking us some time to work through the details. *We expect to have a final decision by early next week and truly appreciate your understanding in the meantime.* Rest assured, we will confirm the outcome next week, even if it means we may have to place some of you on a waiting list.
